While its still the home and season opener for Philly, the atmosphere in the Wells Fargo Center wont be quite the same as it was last night in Boston but expect those Philly fans to still be loud and rowdy.

The sixers have the youngest team in the league with 8 players being under the age of 24. Philly brought in a couple new guys in forward Andres Nocioni and center Spencer Hawes to add depth and leadership to an inexperienced squad.

The guy I feel can possibly hurt the Heat is is 2nd year point guard Jrue Holiday.  This kid has the full package and I’ve heard nothing but great things about him heading into the season.   He can shoot, is a great passer, rebounds well, is quick off the dribble, and has fast hands on D…

Philadelphia is also hoping for better production from forward Elton Brand. His numbers have sunk big time since moving to Philly. Last season Brad averaged just 13 points and 6 boards a night in his 76 games played.

Head coach Doug Collins will make his debut on the bench for the Philadelphia 76ers . He is inheriting a team that underperformed big time in the 2009-10 season with a record of 27-55. The sixers were poor on defense allowing its opponents 46% shooting  landing them 22nd in the league last year

It was a sloppy debut for Lebron James and Dwyane Wade as they combined for 14 turnovers against Boston. With one game under their belt agaisnt one of the best defenses in The Boston Celtics, The Heat will be able to regroup and polish up their offensive plays agaisnt one of the worst defenses in the league.

Heat fans relax and enjoy the ride because there is nowhere to go but UP!
