Hey guys, it has been a while since I have posted on here. Work, school, and MarlinManiac have eaten up a majority of my time. I am happy to be back and posting here today. I wanted to spark a debate between Heat fans today on something that is a real possibility, the Heat winning 60+ games this season.
As we all know, the Heat are on fire out of the gates. Currently we are 8-1. This is without the services of Dwyane Wade for the past 3 games, Mike Miller, and Eddy Curry (alright, we admit that is not a big loss). Last week, the Miami Heat defeated the Atlanta Hawks in a game without Wade or Lebron James. This is a much deeper team, obviously.
Here is a quick look at the Miami Heat depth chart:
PG:Mario Chalmers/Norris Cole
SG:Dwyane Wade/Mike Miller/Terrell Harris
SF:Lebron James/Shane Battier/James Jones
PF:Chris Bosh/Udonis Haslem/Juwan Howard
C:Joel Anthony/Dexter Pittman/Mickell Gladness/Eddy Curry
I cannot think of a team with as much depth as the Miami Heat currently in the NBA. This brings me to my point, the Heat, I believe are a step above everyone else in the NBA when healthy. If the Heat can stay healthy the rest of the season, what are the chances we can win 60+ games. Please answer the poll and leave comments!
