Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife has dropped a lawsuit she filed Tuesday claiming that she was owed $1 million in endorsement money.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Siohvaughn Wade filed a voluntary dismissal order today, dropping the case.
The suit stated that Wade had deprived her of money from his endorsement deals by refusing to uphold an agreement that required endorsement money to placed in a joint account belonging to both her and the Miami Heat superstar.
The two high-school sweethearts married in 2002 and filed for divorce in 2008. After a bitter divorce dispute, Wade was rewarded full custody of his two children, Zion and Zaire, in 2011.
The report did not say why the suit was dropped today.
