DeShawn Stevenson is direct, if anything. Stevenson, who was recently waived by the Atlanta Hawks, publically lobbied on Twitter that he wants to play with LeBron James and the Miami Heat.

Later he retweeted a HOOPSHYPE.com pic and added where it was he wanted to sign.
Stevenson and LeBron have an interesting past. LeBron certainly hasn’t forgotten Stevenson’s jawing during the 2011 NBA Finals when he played for the Dallas Mavericks and he famously said James “checked out.”
But if James can put the past aside, as Stevenson certainly has (for whatever reason he did) then the 32-year-old three-point shooting guard could make a difference on a team looking to replace Mike Miller if he comes cheap enough.
