Game Preview: Sacramento Kings at Miami Heat, 7:30 p.m.

Who is playing: Sacramento Kings and Miami Heat.

What is the context: Heat (19-6) and Kings (7-17) in non-conference game.

When is it: 7:30 p.m. ET.

Where is it: AmericanAirlines Arena and on TV on Sun Sports.

Tickets: Miami Heat tickets

Why you should watch: The Heat are coming off an intense, comeback win against the Indiana Pacers and a night’s rest. The new-look Kings with Rudy Gay should make for a fun game, if the Heat don’t mail it in.

Since acquiring Rudy Gay via trade with the Toronto Raptors, the Sacramento Kings have gone 1-3 with Gay averaging 19 points per game on just under 53 percent shooting.  Basically, same Gay, new place.

The Kings and first-year coach Mike Malone are hardly a threat to anyone, but big center DeMarcus Cousins is having a career year and could be a matchup issue for a Heat team coming off of playing Roy Hibbert.

Michael Beasley (hamstring) is questionable for the game.  Forward Carl Landry is out for the Kings.
