Perhaps the only thing bad to come out of the Miami Heat’s decisive victory over the Los Angeles Clippers Wednesday night: Mario Chalmers will be out $5,000 bucks after violating the NBA’s anti-flopping rule, according to an Associated Press report.

Miami Heat guard Mario Chalmers was fined $5,000 by the NBA on Thursday for violating the league’s anti-flopping rules for the second time this season.

The violation came with 5:54 left in the third quarter of Miami’s 116-112 road victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.

According to Kurt Helin of ProBasketballTalk.com, Chalmers is the fourth player this season to be fined for flopping, joining James Harden, Lance Stephenson and Corey Brewer.
