Following a trade that basically swapped Even Turner and Danny Granger, the Philadelphia 76ers are deciding whether or not to buy out Granger and allow him to become a free agent so that he can sign somewhere else by March 1.
Granger would likely sign with a contender, and Shams Charania of RealGM.com tweeted that the Miami Heat are among the front-runners.
Should he get buyout to become free agent, Danny Granger will likely decide among Heat, Clippers, Bulls, Spurs, Mavs, sources tell RealGM.
