In a recent article posted by ESPN, Darren Rovell revealed that Dwyane Wade said he and the other 2/3 of the Big Three plan to talk about their futures.
Wade revealed on Tuesday as part of an interview for the cover story of an upcoming issue of ESPN The Magazine that the three, who have gone to three straight Finals and won the past two, plan to have that conversation at some point.
Basically, that means nothing—just like everything else we have heard, read and imagined about the upcoming opt-out clauses that sit at the end of the contracts of Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh like a group of knights who say “ni.”
(Translation: You know what it will take to cross the bridge, you just need to deliver the goods)
What this “article” amounts to is a plug for the upcoming issue of ESPN Magazine.
For our younger readers who don’t know what a magazine is: it is pronounced mag-uh-zeen and Google defines it as “a periodical publication containing articles and illustrations, typically covering a particular subject or area of interest.”
At least now we know that the Big Three, who share a locker room and court together and are seen hanging out all the time, will have a conversation at some point.
