LeBron James Becomes Youngest Player Ever to Reach 23,000 Points

Not all was bad in last night’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves as the Miami Heat’s LeBron James became the youngest player to reach 23,000 points in NBA history.

LeBron went into Friday’s match needing 31 points to hit the milestone and did so on a layup with 4:21 left in the second overtime.

LeBron, 29, is the first player to score 23,000 before the age of 30.
