NBA Playoffs 2014: Heat vs. Bobcats Game 5 Tipoff Time Still Undetermined

The NBA announced before Game 2 on Wednesday night that the Miami Heat and Charlotte Bobcats will be playing Game 5 on April 30th if it’s needed and announced a section of time in which the game’s tipoff could be scheduled. While the official time isn’t set in stone, the game itself has been scheduled and is no longer a ‘TBA’ on schedules.

Per Ira Winderman:

The NBA announced pregame that if there is a Game 5 of Heat-Bobcats next Wednesday, it will be either 7 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Let’s be honest though, it’s not as though the game will be needed as the Bobcats best chance to win likely came in Game 2 and they fell just short in the end. Still, the Bobcats did come out hard two games in a row against the Heat and we can’t discount their home crowd lifting them to a potential win in Game 3. Should that happen, the details about Game 5 become something that we will all want to know about.
