Following Adam Silver’s announcement to punish Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling for alleged racist remarks, including a ban for life from the NBA, Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade took to Twitter to voice his support of the decision.

The Heat took a collective stand against Sterling and in support of the Clippers’ players when they wore their warm-up shirts inside out before Monday’s game against the Charlotte Bobcats.
The Heat organization and players are never shy of voicing their opinions on social matters. Agree or disagree, you have to respect the fact that these guys don’t take the platform they have for granted.
