The Miami Heat are off to the next round of the postseason and they are awaiting either the Brooklyn Nets or Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. But while they wait for their next opponent, the time to get as much rest in as possible is now and that’s what LeBron James is trying to do.
While he’s not sitting out of practice, James was limited in his on-court activities on Wednesday due to his sore quad.
LeBron, as expected, didn’t do much on-court work at today’s practice as he rests a sore quad.

James will be ready for the start of the next series against whoever that may be and his limited activities in practice are nothing to worry about. For the most part, the Heat are much more healthy than they could have been at this point and getting in as much rest as possible is the wisest move thanks to the extra time following the sweep.
