Chris Bosh Says Miami Heat Let Themselves Down in Game 3

The Miami Heat bounced back from a Game 3 loss to the Nets to take Game 4 and push Brooklyn to the brink. But before the big win in Game 4, center Chris Bosh had some choice words for his team’s performance in the loss that preceded it and he was none too pleased about having to bounce back rather than facing a situation where the Heat were closing out the Nets.

Per Shlomo Sprung of Sheridan Hoops:

“Today we kind of let ourselves down. We weren’t very urgent tonight,” said Chris Bosh. “We didn’t do a good job, we didn’t have that desperation. It’s tough to make up.”

Things changed dramatically in Game 4 as the Nets got blown out by the Heat and are now on the brink of elimination entering a crucial Game 5. Miami wasn’t going to sweep their way to the Finals, but they may have just lost their only game this weekend.
