One of the questions Heat fans are putting off as long as possible is whether or not LeBron James will be coming back in 2014-15 or if he will opt-out and sign with another team. While the LeBron haters out there seem to think he’s leaving, the chances that he ever leaves South Beach are slim to none if you just look at the facts.
That’s what Ira Winderman did and it’s hard to argue with basic logic when talking about LeBron James ever leaving Miami.
I’m not sure that issue hasn’t already been settled with this fourth consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference finals. Where else could he possibly find this guarantee of always playing at least through the end of May?
As a Bulls fan, I should be at the front of the line calling for LeBron to leave Miami but as a sensical human being, I can’t see a good reason why he would. His family is in Miami, his life is in Miami and his best chance of winning titles is very clearly in Miami. Sure, he can be a savior in New York or return a hero to Cleveland, but LeBron is a legend in Miami and like it or not he’s probably never going to leave the best situation the NBA has ever presented him.
