Paul George Says Indiana Pacers Outplayed Miami Heat, LeBron Checks Stat Sheet

The Indiana Pacers outplayed the Miami Heat in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, at least according to Paul George they did. It’s flabbergasting that a man who was literally in the game has not firm grasp on just ho wit turned out, but maybe that concussion is still lingering for George as he couldn’t have been more foolish in his postgame press conference following the Heat’s utter destruction of the Pacers.

George noted that the Heat were outplayed on the stat sheet by the Pacers and that the game was won at the free throw line. Granted, the Heat went to the free throw line plenty of times in Game 4 but there were plenty of things wrong with what the Pacers did that caused the loss.

In what is already a classic LeBron James moment, when told about George’s comments, he promptly studied the stat sheet and dropped some knowledge on us all.

Miami dominated the Pacers and that was apparent again in Game 4 on Monday night. While the Pacers seem pretty good at talking off the court, they don’t seem so adept at talking with their game while on it and that is being reflected in their defeat in the Conference Finals and their eventual exit either in Game 5 or Game 6 this week.

George is right. Pacers out rebounded, had a higher field goal percentage, behind the arc even, made more field goals. It is clear that the pacers out played and have beating the heat in many of these losses but they can not also beat the refs. Turnovers were a result of sloppy play not something the heat did. When you go to the line 20 more times for free throws that says ticky tack calls going against the pacers. Funny how you Cheaters were crying about that in game 1. It will not matter cause the spurs will take you out in 5. Then the world greatest basketball player will be 2-3 in NBA finals. Thank Ray Ray because it should be 1-4. Witness that!

By that logic. Game 1 was rigged for the Pacers. Please. They showed up when the game was clearly over. Excuses. Excuse. That what heat hater always give.

So are you at least consistent and think that the officiating in game 1 was unduly favorable for the Heat?

Did you not see the game yesterday. They referees gave the heat fouls for the littlest things. Also, there has been a discussion over the past 4 years about the heat conspiring with the referees. I think that’s the only reason they win th game my last night.
