After LeBron James cramped up in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, the world decided that everyone with a Twitter account was George Carlin and took pictures of themselves trolling the Heat star for his injury.
It was all good and fun, with some Spurs fans even coming up with some pretty funny burns but Game 2 pretty much put an end to that. Someone forgot to tell Paul George though as he arrived way late to the LeBron trolling party and is just now getting around to taking a jab at him.
We can’t be that surprised that George is showing up late to the troll-fest that everyone had at LeBron’s expense, as George never showed up at all late in games against the Heat in the postseason.
George really has no excuse as to why he was so late on his trolling efforts, as he has absolutely nothing better to do. He’s not playing basketball, his team is in disarray and out of the postseason and his schedule looks pretty free to just about anyone who sees it.
It’s nice that George is so concerned with LeBron staying hydrated but perhaps he should worry more about keeping his team on the floor for longer than just three quarters at a time.
