The LeBron James free agency drama that we saw in 2010 seem to be gearing up to make a return in 2014, but people are desperately trying to pump the brakes on the LeBron exit stories. The pumping of the brakes on a story that is clearly still premature has seemingly brought out the LeBron haters to lash out at Heat fans about losing their star player.
While we don’t want to think about LeBron James leaving Miami, it’s something we might have to start considering more and more.
According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, who covered LeBron when he was in Cleveland before following him to South Beach, suggested that he feels James is ‘strongly considering’ opting-out of his deal with the Heat, making him an unrestricted free agent.

Of course, it’s far too early to tell what LeBron is going to do as he has plenty of time to think about his future and the Heat have ample time to convince him that staying is the best thing for him. Chances are, it won’t take much convincing — not like this is a Kevin Love or Carmelo Anthony situation — but LeBron returning is far from being a done deal.
