The Miami Heat sort of figured that they’d be losing the Big 3 this summer, if only temporarily, and that seems to be what has happened. According to multiple reports, Dwyane Wade is going to be opting out of his contract with the Heat and hitting the open market, although the idea is for him to return to South Beach at a lesser salary.
When it comes to the third and final member of the Big 3, reports that Chris Bosh has opted out are premature at best. According to TNT’s David Aldridge, Bosh’s agent says his client has not yet decided to opt out with the Heat.
Not yet being very key here.
Chris Bosh's agent says he has not yet decided whether to opt out. Bosh has same agent as Wade & Haslem, who have decided to opt out.

In all likelihood, Bosh opts out. He already has three or four teams on the open market ready to give him a serious look with serious cash and he’d be a fool to not pursue those deals. Even if he returns to Miami, Bosh will likely leave no stone unturned and that means he’ll probably opt out before Monday.
He just hasn’t officially, yet.
