The Miami Heat are hoping that they can bring back as many players as they can from this latest incarnation of the roster and while we’ve heard a lot about the Big 3 and what their future holds, there’s one player we’re all wondering about whether or not he’ll return.
But while the Heat are wondering if LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will return in 2014-15, there is questions about whether or not Ray Allen will even play basketball next season.
The Miami Heat are not in the camp that think Allen’s career is over. According to ESPN.com’s Jeff Goodman, the Miami Heat are moving forward with their offseason plans with Ray Allen a part of their plans.
Yes, Ray Allen is absolutely in the plans for the Heat. He wants to continue playing with LeBron. @xMRCfanx

Allen will likely try to go wherever LeBron James goes as the two have a great friendship that could benefit the Heat if they decide to bring him back. Miami already added Shabazz Napier to try and make sure LeBron knows they have his best interest in mind and keeping Allen would be another huge step for the Heat.
