The Miami Heat are trying to get LeBron James back and they may end up getting some help from a guy that the Cleveland Cavaliers are trying to get in order to help their own chances of landing LeBron back. Kevin Love is a guy who the Cavs believe if they can get then he’ll solidify their chances of getting LeBron back — but not so fast on that.
According to Steve Bulpett of the Boston Herald, there is now a growing belief that Kevin Love will try to convince LeBron James to stay in Miami so that he can sign there in the summer of 2015 when he opts out of his deal with the Timberwolves and bolts to a new team.
“I don’t know what to think anymore, but guys are saying there’s no way Love stays with Minnesota,” the GM said. “And if they don’t trade him, he’ll just opt out next summer and go play with LeBron [James] in Miami.”
This, of course, could be the last of the throw it up against the wall rumors we’ve been hearing all week long pertaining to LeBron but it’s one that seems like it might convince him to stay in South Beach if it’s true. Still, it seems a bit far fetched to get too excited about and that’s the problem with these LeBron rumors. With all the talk of him returning to Cleveland, the rumors involving Miami are too far out there which doesn’t bode well for his chances of coming back.
