LeBron James tells Akron Police to Prepare for Announcement Tonight

The Miami Heat are hoping that they can get LeBron James back to South Beach this upcoming season but it’s starting to look more and more like the tables have been reversed on the Heat and it’s the Cleveland Cavaliers who are in the driver’s seat.

The latest rumor/report/we heard it from our brother’s girlfriend’s tennis coach tidbit revolves around police in Ohio being notified that LeBron James will be making a decision tonight and that decision will likely be that he’s returning to the Cavaliers.

Here is what Trexler had to say:

Of course, no one will believe anything until it happens and even then we may not fully believe what we hear. But all signs are pointing to a decision coming tonight and LeBron returning to Cleveland next season.

What if they are requesting extra patrols around his home because he’s announcing he’s going back to MIA? That sounds more logical to me. If he announces he’s going to CLE they will carrying him on their shoulders, wouldnt need extra police security around his home. Just my take, should be interesting though

Think about it. If he says he’s comin to cleveland then they don’t want fans crowding his house celebrating.

I was thinking the same thing. The potential for chaos and rioting triples if he announces that he’s staying with Miami. For all we know, the media has hyped this thing up about Lebron returning to Cleveland. The man himself seemingly hasn’t uttered a word…

it was obviously all a hoax and his camp didn’t tell the police anything since no announcement came yesterday. the media is spinning this thing out of control. It’s all hype. i don’t even think LBJ knows what he wants to do yet.

He’s going to Cleveland to win not 3, not 4, but 5 championships

they alerted the Akron police as well. They told them to be ready for too much celebrating not a riot out of anger.
