Chris Singleton has struggled in his first three NBA seasons after a successful career at Florida State. It is no surprise the 24-year-old small forward isn’t finding much of a market for his talents this off-season. According to Yahoo Sports’ Marc J. Spears, however, the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers might be interested in bringing him on.
Wizards free agent Chris Singleton, who avg 3 ppg & 2.2 pg last season, has received interest from likes of Miami & Indiana, a source said.

Singleton, who has averaged 4.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 17.6 minutes per game for his career, is a decent defender who would likely join a team for the minimum deal.
Singleton is certainly athletic, having been picked No. 18 overall three years ago, and Pat Riley may prefer a guy with a few NBA seasons under his belt as opposed to a younger summer leaguer.
Either way, this shows that Miami is still looking to add youth on the wing, which should come as no surprise.
