The Los Angeles Clippers are apparently looking to add some front court depth and will be working out a number of centers in the coming days, one of which is free agent Greg Oden.
After spending his comeback year with the Miami Heat, Oden is looking for his next step in his journey back to the NBA. According to ESPN’s Jorge Sedano, Oden could get a workout with the Clippers.
Clippers to work out back up Centers this week. Names that will come thru: Andray Blatche, Greg Oden, Andrew Bynum & Emeka Okafor

Oden wouldn’t fit in with the “Lob City” vibe in LA, but he could provide some real size to the Clippers’ bench. If he can continue to improve and provide some rim protection against centers like Dwight Howard, Marc Gasol,
Andrew Bogut and Tiago Splitter in the Western Conference it could be a good move.
When talking about Oden after the season, coach Erik Spoeltra talked very highly of Oden but seemed committal regarding the former No. 1 overall pick’s return to the team.
Miami recently signed perimeter players Shawne William and Tyler Johnson, and still have room to add depth to its front court.
Oden averaged 2.9 points and 2.3 rebounds in 23 appearances for the Heat last season.
