Mario Chalmers has listed his condominium in Miami for $4 million, which also happens to be the amount he will make on his two-year deal this season (that’s probably just a coincidence and not an effort to double up).
According to the Wall Street Journal, Chalmers purchased the property in 2012 from Drake–who reportedly started from the bottom of the 67-story building that was built in 2010 (sorry not sorry).
The two-story condo, located on the 49th floor across from AmericanAirlines Arena, is 5,475 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows with ocean and bay views. The condo has marble floors and a game room, too.
The building–The Marquis Residences–is the tallest in Miami.
Tomi Rose, senior vice president of the sports and entertainment division of Opulence International Realty, has the listing. She says the condo is priced “competitively” for the downtown Miami location, according to the WSJ. Condos in this building range from $3-$9 million, per available listings.
