The Miami Heat’s season may officially be over, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t still have a year to remember.

Finishing third in the Eastern Conference, with a 48-34 record, the guys from South Beach made it to the second round of the playoffs. They defeated the Charlotte Hornets 4-3 in round one, before losing to the Toronto Raptors in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals.

However, the postseason itself did not necessarily yield the major story lines of 2015-16. Those headlines encompassed the likes of Dwyane Wade’s resurgence, Chris Bosh’s illness and, of course, Hassan Whiteside’s development.

Right now, most of Heat Nation is focused on looking forward, and of course we at AllUCanHeat are doing the same. But before we get back into examining who will stick around, who will come in as replacements, and how next season will pan out, we are going to take a step back.

So here begins our year in review segment. First up, the center position.
