Now that it seems Chris Bosh’s career with the Miami Heat is over, let’s re-live some of the greatest moments we will never forget.

Every sports fans has heard the news, and it’s a situation that, along with the untimely, tragic passing of Jose Fernandez, has left the South Florida community in shock. Only days prior to the latter, it was announced Forward Chris Bosh had officially failed his preseason physical, leaving him unable to go for the start of training camp, which is officially underway.

Just Monday, Heat president Pat Riley boldly stated that Bosh’s career with the franchise is “probably over” and they are not working toward a return.

“There is not a next step for us,” Riley said. “It’s pretty definitive for us in our position.”

While the organization has not released much medical information, it’s safe to incline that additional clotting was found, and realistically, it would not be safe for the 32-year-old to participate in everyday basketball activities at this time.

Even coach Erik Spoelstra, who is known to be quite stoic, was somber upon hearing the news about Bosh.

“Everybody knows how much CB means to me and his family,” Spoelstra said. “I love CB dearly. It was tough to watch CB and his family go through this the last couple years. Your heart just goes out to him.”

Indeed it does. An outpour of support from fans across the league as well as fellow players erupted over social media when the story broke, and it has yet to calm down since:
