The Miami Heat shot a lot of threes a season ago and things won’t change this year. Who will be their top marksman from a percentage perspective this year?

Three-Point Percentage Leader

This one isn’t hard either. We can go ahead and tell you, it’ll be Duncan Robinson.

Why that wasn’t something we needed to save is because of this. He not only shoots a high percentage from beyond the arc, but he also shoots it with high volume.

He not only led the Miami Heat in percentage last season with an astonishing 44.6 shooting percentage from out there but he was also far and away the leader from a volume perspective. The man shot 8.3 threes per contest.

Get this though, he only shot 9.4 total shots per game. Almost all of his shots were from deep range and he hit almost half of them.

That is some hot shooting. That’s also why I think he’ll do it again.

There’s also this. I believe he’s the best shooter in the league and that’s what they do.

Three-Point Percentage Leader- Duncan Robinson

We finally got some variation in the results, although it took a while. Look, the usual suspects will lead the team in those categories, but this team should be as lethally versatile and deep as they have been over the last few years.

From the new guys to the returning guys, everybody has something unique that they can offer the team. We are also interested in seeing what some of the guys that missed time in the Finals last season look like from a health perspective.

You also have the developments and progressions that each player has made in their games to check for. This season should provide a ton of excitement, that’s for sure.

We hope to get back to the NBA Finals to have a chance to right the wrong that was last season. We shall see but these will be the guys leading the Heat in the boxscore and hopefully to wins throughout the season.
