3 Reasons Miami Heat should be all in on Nikola Vucevic: Great Fit Beside Bam

The Miami Heat have been looking for some help all season long. While that search started off internally, with a myriad of different starting lineups taking the floor to begin the year, they might be better served outsourcing it.

Well, if Vucevic is that guy, then that would be a perfect fit beside Bam Adebayo. For starters, he doesn’t need to occupy all of the same areas that Bam does to be successful, as he can knock down the three ball.

He can’t just shoot it, he can really shoot it. On 6.5 attempts per game this season, he’s shooting 41.2 percent, for clarity.

That’s Duncan Robinson territory. When thinking about the other reasons he fits so well beside Bam, you look at his complete skillset.

Like Bam, Vuce can pass it as well as he does anything else. Basically, he enhances Bam’s game, enhances the Miami Heat’s presence, and does all of this while not hindering, taking away, or stepping on the toes of anything they already have going on.

No matter the set, either of Bam or Vucevic could line up in either of the big man spots and be successful. That’s what makes him the perfect fit.
