Predicting Miami Heat NBA 2K22 ratings

KZ Okpala – 71

Through his first two seasons in the NBA, KZ Okpala has not lived up to his potential. He has even struggled to play well in Summer League so far this year.

Now that the Miami Heat have made the necessary moves to compete for a title, Okpala’s minutes will likely decrease again. A rating of 71 overall is pretty fair for how poorly he’s played up to this point in his career.

Omer Yurtseven – 72

Omer Yurtseven just signed a two-year deal with the Miami Heat. He has played super well in Summer League so far, and 2K will likely take that into account.

However, since he has yet to play in an actual NBA game yet, 2K probably won’t boost his rating too much. Starting at a 72 overall is about what to expect, but there is plenty of room to improve this year.

Max Strus – 73

Max Strus is another player who has shined in Summer League so far. He has been the best player in Las Vegas for Miami, and the Heat seem to be enamored with his shooting.

He ended 2K21 as a 73 overall, so they will likely just keep him around that rating. Maybe he could be bumped up to a 74 overall, but 73 seems fair to start the season.

Markieff Morris – 75

The Miami Heat signed Markieff Morris to a cheap deal this offseason. He’ll join the team and immediately provide some solid backup power forward minutes.

He’s a gritty defender who can knock down threes when he needs to. A 75 overall is a good starting point for him in NBA 2K22.
