Nothing changes to start off this re-draft, as the New Orleans Pelicans stick with their original pick of Zion Williamson. As of now, he looks like the best player in this draft, as well as one of the best players in the league.

Based on last season, it’s easy to see how dominant Williamson can be. However, a lack of team success has his family fairly upset with his time in New Orleans so far.

That being said, the Pelicans would be crazy not to make the same pick if they had a chance to re-do it. That being said, they should probably work on putting a better team around Williamson.

He’s the type of player that can be the face of the franchise while simultaneously dominating opponents. He just needs the right team around him.

For Williamson’s sake, hopefully, the Pelicans can figure it all out soon. Regardless, the first pick in this re-draft stays the same, with Williamson going first overall.
