The Miami Heat are off to a great start, thus far, into their latest season. With most of their guys playing well, at this point and that does literally mean mostly everyone on the roster, they have managed to establish themselves as one of the best teams in the league, if not the very best.
As apart of that whole thing, you, inevitably, have the success and performance of Bam Adebayo, Jimmy Butler, and Kyle Lowry, thus far, to thank for that.
However, another huge and absolutely essential part to them being able to do what they’ve done during this young season has been, none other than, the Baby Goat, A Bucket, Boy Wonder… Tyler Herro.
With averages of 22.4 points, six rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game on 47.2 percent efficiency from the floor and 40.8 percent shooting from deep on seven attempts per game, he is more than apart of the reason for their success.
To be frank, he’s the third option behind Jimmy and Bam.

Miami Heat: Could Tyler Herro Be A ‘Dark Horse’ All-Star Candidate?
That’s not a knock on Kyle Lowry, but speaks to how well this team is, can be, and how well Tyler Herro is playing. With that though, it begs of a couple questions about Tyler and the potential for the rest of his season.
While he should, certainly, be a top competitor for both the NBA’s Most Improved Player and Sixth Man Of The Year Awards, there is another honor that he might just be in the running for. Let’s be frank.
If Tyler Herro can continue this level of play and with this level of efficiency, especially if the Miami Heat can maintain their winning ways, he’ll certainly be in play as a dark horse All-Star candidate, at the very least.
His numbers rank him near the top of the league for his position, overall, and especially when you think about the way that All-Stars are chosen.

Miami Heat: If Tyler Herro Can Maintain This Level Of Play… Sure
When you look at the breakdown, it’s by conference.
While some might get as high as four guards of Tyler’s ilk along the Eastern squad, there will, at least, be three. If you did the deducing at the moment, Tyler would be one of the top-three guys to slot in at point guard, his labeled position according to the stats.
Even outside of the nuanced, figured out, and adjusted for counting numbers though, his play and his impact has stood out in a grand enough fashion to make you think about it, at least.
He has a massive impact on whether the Miami Heat win or lose, while you see how he swings a game when he enters.
So, again and to conclude, he should be if he can keep up his current level of play.
So, don’t be shocked when you see Herro’s name bubbling up around that time of the year… again, especially if he and his Heat can maintain this level of play.
