Still confused about why Ray Allen was swearing at somebody that had some ropes?

Here’s the explanation.

What Ray Allen means when he says “get the mother-expletive”ropes out of here” is that because the Spurs were on the verge of winning Game 6, and thus, the NBA Finals, the grounds crew sets up ropes and equipment for the Finals ceremony. So after Ray Allen hit that three to tie the game, Jesus Shuttlesworth thought it was all a tad bit preemptive.

Which, it turns out, it was.
