New head coach Larry Drew will take over a Milwaukee Bucks team that always seems to be, at least, competitive.

The Bucks front court with Ersan Ilyosova and Larry Sanders, plus the addition of Zaza Pachulia is, at least, competive.

The Bucks back court with O.J. Mayo and whoever the point guard will be (Brandon Jennings still hasn’t signed) is, at least, competitive.

The team added Marquis Daniels, Carlos Delfino and Luke Ridnour — all players who, through their careers have been, at most, competitive.

From the back of the room: “Too bad the first round of the playoffs wasn’t competitive!”

Who said that? Brandon, is that you?
