The New Orleans Pelicans have had arguably the most interesting offseason this summer after acquiring Jrue Holiday on draft day and signing Tyreke Evans. They will be able to score the rock, that much is for sure.

The Pelicans could be ranked higher if we knew that Holiday, Evans, Eric Gordan and Austin Rivers will all coexist in the back court, or just how the heck this roster is going to work. How is this going to work?
