Shawne Williams might have one of the worst, unconventional shot releases in the NBA, but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
After assuming the starting power forward spot after Josh McRoberts’ surgery, Williams hasn’t skipped a beat. Williams is currently ranked fourth in the NBA in three-point field goal percentage (50%), which has been his best attribute this season.
When you have a guy averaging 11.4 points on a veterans-minimum contract, that’s a win for any team.
