Andre Dawkins, the undrafted rookie from Duke, is a three-point specialist, but is in a log-jam for minutes at the 2-guard position.

A long shot to make the final roster, Dawkins made it over other fellow rookies Khem Birch and Tyler Johnson. While Dawkins certainly offers some intrigue as a floor-spacer, there are just way too many guards on the roster for him to ever play meaningful minutes.

In hindsight, it would’ve made a lot more sense for them to keep Birch, who is an excellent rim-protector and rebounder.
