15. Charlotte Hornets (Down 0-2 to Miami Heat)

The Hornets were an intriguing team entering the postseason, but have fallen flat on their faces for reasons that may not be their fault (we’ll get there later). They haven’t shot the ball particularly well (43% overall, and just 21% from three) and they haven’t been good at all defensively(allowing 119 ppg). To add injury to insult, their best all-around player, Nic Batum, may miss the rest of the series with an ankle injury. Kemba Walker (24 ppg) has tried to carry the team the best he can, but it hasn’t been enough.
