4. Markelle Fultz, Washington

The potential number one pick in the draft Markelle Fultz is a marvel to watch on film, not just for his pure athleticism but for his ability to find his shot regardless of who happens to be defending him.

Along with natural catch-and-shoot ability, what sets Fultz apart from some of the other shooters in this draft is his ability to shoot effectively off the dribble.

Fultz possesses an unguardable stepback jumper and can do it from well beyond the 3-point line. Inside the arc, he can use his dribble to create space and deliver a balanced, fluid mid-range jumper.

While Washington had a disappointing season, forcing Fultz to take over the game by himself, when the Huskies did get their best player in the flow of their offense he also proved successful shooting off the ball.

Fultz is an attacking shooter. He’s going to force you to respect his jumper while also fearing his drive and he can do both with incredible precision and force.
