B. . SG. Miami Heat. DWYANE WADE

The Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade is a future Hall of Fame shooting guard looking to finish out his last dance in a Heat jersey this season, hoping to make a late-run in the playoffs and to turn some heads before the clock runs out.

Wade is second in total points scored (446) this season to only Josh Richardson, which is not only saying how inconsistent this Heat team has been all season, but it also proves that Wade is playing amazing basketball in his final year. Averaging 13.9 PPG, 3.9 AST, and 3.4 TRB gives Wade a solid stat line and confidence moving into the final stretch of his last season.

And it isn’t just the stats, Wade should be commended for his season-long goal of exchanging jerseys with opponents of his choosing each game, even giving his shoes away to kids some games. The South Florida hero is definitely giving back to a league that he feels has given him so much, so while I would love to give Wade a higher grade, the B is objectively a well deserving allocate of his on and off the court actions.

Moving forward, it will be interesting to see if Wade will lose minutes to Dion Waiters or Wayne Ellington, as he probably should because Waiters’ will be the future of the guard position in the foreseeable future. But because it is D-Wade’s last year, I cannot see Spo moving him lower in the depth chart unless playoffs were on the line, and the Heat have looked so porous on offense that they just may desperately need Wade on the offensive end.
