Dion Waiters and James Johnson’s comeback

Those two, who currently have one of the highest contracts in Miami haven’t lived up to the standards they played at during their first year. But with tons to prove, they are bound to have a comeback season.

Dion Waiters had shown everyone he is able to get buckets. He is very much capable of becoming one of the top scorers to come off the bench. As for James Johnson, he brings a different type of value to the team. What he contributes doesn’t always show up on the stat sheet. There is a reason why he is one of the team captains. He has been dealing with injuries this season, but with an off-season to get healthy, there is no reason why he won’t be the Johnson we witnessed before.

With the possibility of both Waiters and Johnson coming off the bench, that will greatly improve the team’s depth. Both these players are starting quality players and with them providing a spark off the bench will benefit the team throughout the long regular season.

Those two aren’t the main reason for Miami’s success, there are three young players that will contribute well and perhaps be on the verge of a breakout.
