1. Jimmy Butler

Shocker, right? It shouldn’t be as this has been Jimmy Butler‘s M.O. for a long time. From his time in Chicago to his unceremonious tenure in Minnesota, all the way back across the map to Philadelphia, Jimmy has maintained a certain No B.S. type of attitude and demeanor the entire time.

In case you have forgotten about how his tenure ended in Minnesota, let us remind you. It is said that during a practice session, Butler not only berated the younger players on the team for what he saw as a lack of effort and want-to, but he also spoke candidly and openly to the front office people and coaches that were present. According to multiple reports and ESPN specifically here, Butler told the team’s general manager in Scott Layden that “You f—ing need me, Scott. You can’t win without me.”

Bold words huh? Not for Jimmy Butler, according to the same source story as the quote above, here is what Butler had to say to ESPN’s Rachel Nichols about that particular instance after it had happened.

"“A lot of it is true,” he said. “I haven’t played basketball in so long. I’m so passionate. I don’t do it for any reason but to compete. All my emotion came out in one time. Was it the right way? No! But I can’t control that when I’m out there competing. That’s raw me, me at my finest, me at my purest. Inside the lines.”"

Tell them how you really feel then Jimmy! This is the reason why Jimmy Butler is one of the three Miami Heat players most likely to mix it up. He is unapologetically him at all times and sometimes there is no other way to express what you are feeling other than to show people, which is what he did.
