The Miami Heat have a roster full of two-guards, if we are being totally and completely honest. However, if they decide that they could stand to add depth there, here are some options.

Shooting Guard

Courtney Lee

Last Season: 4.5 PPG, 0.5 APG, 1.3 RPG, 48.8 FG%, 44.7 3P%, 85.7 FT%

Not only is the shooting guard market atrocious, but the Heat also don’t necessarily even need a two-guard. If they wanted to bring another one in, Courtney Lee would be a nice addition.

A veteran presence coming off the bench, Lee would cost barely above the veteran minimum salary and Miami wouldn’t have to worry about him being a bad presence for the young guys.

Justin Holiday

Last Season: 8.3 PPG, 1.3 APG, 3.3 RPG, 42.8 FG%, 40.5 3P%, 79.1 FT%

I’m actually pretty intrigued by Justin Holiday. I’d really like to see what he could do in a legit NBA offense like Miami’s.

Obviously, the shooting over 40% from three-point range is very enticing and the Heat wouldn’t have to pay Holiday that much. The two guard is locked down right now, but if I’m Pat Riley, I’m at least giving Justin a call.
