The Miami Heat don’t need to do anything crazy to bring him in, but if there’s a reasonable opportunity, then why not?

Last Season & This Season

Last season, he played 40 games for the Washington Wizards, averaging 12.2 points, 3.7 assists, and 1.7 rebounds per game. Those numbers aren’t mind-blowing.

Again and as mentioned though, the Miami Heat have a full roster but if he is back as he says, then he is worth a look, right? I mean, if he’s as “back” as he says he is, you can’t teach his type of explosive offensive ability.

Now, you have to get him in your building and put him under some stress to find out but if he’s right, then isn’t it worth a non-guaranteed deal, a partially guaranteed deal, or something that becomes that way after a certain time period to find out?

I believe it is. The Miami Heat can work some things around with the roster and yes, I know he can be a liability on defense at times but also as we have discussed recently, sometimes, your best defense is the ability to outscore the opponent.

If right, IT can help your team do that. I don’t know how it will play out or if he will get a shot soon, with anyone, however, I can say this.

I wouldn’t be mad if the Miami Heat brought him in to, at least, get a look.
