The Miami Heat are great at finding talent. From the G-League to the Draft, they maximize it all.

Precious Achiuwa

The Miami Heat have killed it in the draft over the past few years. They got Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro near the end or bottom of the lottery.

Now, they got a guy projected to be anywhere from the top 10 through the lottery at 20. Precious Achiuwa also has a chance to be special early on like those guys.

He is big, strong, and versatile enough already. He should have an impact immediately, even if only a small one to start out.

They hit this one out of the park as well.

Grade: A

Two Way Guys

This has yet to be determined, but it’s safe to say that Gabe Vincent will stick on. Between Breein Tyree, Paul Eboua, Max Strus, and B.J. Johnson, someone will get that other two-way spot.

It’s also worth mentioning that the Miami Heat won’t be fielding a G-League team this season, so those two guys will be with Miami the entire time. They will have their 50 games a piece that they can play with the big club though.

The Miami Heat always know what to do with these kinds of guys. They found Duncan Robinson and Kendrick Nunn like this.

Keep trusting them. That’s the best way to go about it.

We like all the guys that have the opportunity to earn these slots. That’s what went into the grade here.

Total Grade: A-

The Miami Heat shared the quick turnaround with LA, fair or not, it’s about to happen. These were the grades for the offseason moves though and we hope that they can again translate into a winning season.

This time though, we would like for it to end up in a title. You have to get there first and these moves should help that cause.
