Justise Winslow Deserves To Feel How He Wants- Communication Issues

The Miami Heat and Justise Winslow probably could have played the whole scenario better. What I am imagining is a situation where wires got so deeply crossed, that by the time it was all said and done, nobody could trust anybody and everything that anyone said was always second guessed.

So, I won’t dare to try to go into anyone’s background, but let’s look at the typical high-profile athlete of Justise’s caliber coming into the league. At the very least, they aren’t used to having to be the ones to initiate many things.

With them being in the positions that they are in, having the opportunities before them that they do, and having the skillsets or gifts that they have, they are being sought out for things. In this situation, I am imagining a situation where things may have not been communicated because he didn’t think he had to or he thought that he had clear enough.

light. Also. Bam Adebayo has to give more… especially in games like this

With that and by the same token, at that juncture, perhaps the organization didn’t feel as though that thing was clearly communicated enough. At that point, no one could trust anybody and everyone went with the “experts” that they had in their corners to guide them on said situation.

For clarity and to complete the example, those “experts” in this situation would likely be the team doctors, physicians, and trainers for the organization and his representation, personal doctors, and trainers for Justise.

It’s a murky situation, but as I stated in the beginning, both parties could have been better I’d say. You always put it all out there, so there’s no confusion or ability to question if anyone misrepresented, because everything was told upfront as soon as whomever was aware.

On Winslow’s comments over the span of time immediately prior to him being traded and since being moved, you can perceive them how you please. I know the game of “talk” and they are definitely little quips at the Heat, at the very least.

The thing about that though is this. It’s fine!

He deserves to feel how he feels and express those feelings. We all do.

In any situation though, that’s how it went down in my mind and that’s how it’s going.
