Former Miami Heat champion and current Laker, LeBron James, isn’t a top-10 guy to Dr.J?

Normally, this wouldn’t be worth the effort. Hot takes like this are supposed to grab attention and create buzz, lacking any real quality depth.

Right? Well, this one is so blatant that it must be indulged.

The isn’t really one of great enlightenment and for as wrong as it is in itself, the excuse or reasoning was probably more drastic than that. It was a very off thing to say, to say the least, and for a few reasons.

However, I believe brevity is the fruit of wisdom. With That, I will narrow it to three of the most obvious reasons why this take is asinine.

First- LeBron And The Miami Heat ‘Big 3’ Didn’t Create ‘Super Teams’

Is it obvious yet that super teams were a thing before James “took his talents to South Beach”? How is this still a case people try to make?

We get it. Everyone got their feelings hurt because he went to a team with Dwyane Wade, whose then brought in Chris Bosh.

Nevertheless, players have been doing this long before the player empowerment area. Speaking of which, that leads nicely into point two.
