The Miami Heat can find talent anywhere and Max Strus is just the latest example of that fact.

The Miami Heat are known for being able to find guys anywhere. They find them on the scrap heap.

They find them at the local YMCA. They find them on other people’s rosters.

They find them on their own developmental roster. They find them anywhere, everywhere, and wherever they are.

Look no further than Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson. Before that, there was the rejuvenation of both Hassan Whiteside and Derrick Jones Jr.

It’s, literally, just what the Miami Heat do. Enter Max Strus.

A deadeye shooter with a sneaky amount of bounce to him as well, Strus is the next in line to be the next great Miami Heat find. Jolting onto the scene this year for Miami, he spent a little time in the league prior to this season, playing two games with Chicago last year.

At the end of the day, Max has an elite NBA skill. He can really shoot it.

That, alone, will keep him on an NBA roster and more than likely, the Miami Heat’s. Though he isn’t officially signed for next season yet, the Miami Heat will, likely, get it done when they have a better handle on the figures and all.

Though a 2-way player last season, in a weird and wanky year for those things, look for the Miami Heat to try and get a bit more from him this season. With that fact and his ability to flat-out fill it up, offensively, once he gets going, that leads to him being the third guy on this list.

Next. You have to retain both Dewayne Dedmon & Trevor Ariza. dark

The Miami Heat have quite a bit of work to do this offseason. However, with improvement from these three guys mentioned, that’ll go a long way in itself towards them being a much better team.
