The Miami Heat thought they were adding a huge piece to their team with Victor Oladipo. He would have been too, if he could have stayed on the floor.

He didn’t shoot the ball well in first four games, efficiency wise, going 16/43 or for around 37 percent from the field and 4/17 or 23.5 percent from three. He did give the Miami Heat a really good option on the ball and as an initiator, at times, though in his short slew of appearances.

Again, he wasn’t special but he would have been more than adept at doing his job had be been able to stay healthy.

Offensive Grade – B-

Though he is a pretty good two-way player, again when he’s right, his plus/minus figures weren’t good for the Miami Heat. Though that was the case, you could see his defensive impact on the game if you were watching.

If that wasn’t enough to draw enthusiasm though, he also averaged near two steals per contest across his four games in Miami. That’s a number that would make his league-leading teammate jealous in Jimmy Butler, averaging 2.1 steals per contest himself across this season.
