Both of these players would make an immediate impact off of the Miami Heat bench. In return, the Lakers get two veterans to help them chase another championship.

The Lakers are reportedly looking to move on from Kyle Kuzma this offseason. In addition, Montrezl Harrel barely played in the playoffs.

With Andre Drummond and Marc Gasol evidently above him in the depth chart, the Lakers could look to get some value out of Harrell. That being said, Harrell would have to accept his player option.

Though social media makes fun of Kuzma, he actually had a very productive season last year. He averaged 12.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.9 assists while shooting 44.3% from the field and 36.1% from deep.

He would be a solid addition to either the starting lineup or the bench. Meanwhile, Harrell would be a great backup for Bam Adebayo.

As for the Lakers, this is the exact sort of trade that screams “LeBron James.” It brings in two quality veterans that could help win now and discards two younger players that might not be contributing as much as they should.

Dragic gives them an answer at point guard, especially if Dennis Schroder ends up leaving in free agency. Dragic averaged 13.4 points, 3.4 points, and 4.4 assists last year.

This gives the Heat an answer at power forward and adds a former Sixth Man of the Year to the roster. A great trade, especially considering they likely don’t want to pay Dragic or Iguodala, anyways.
