Kevin Garnett would teach Bam Adebayo the importance of playing with energy and intensity at all times.

Kevin Garnett is one of the best power forwards of all time. His energy and intensity are absolutely legendary in the game of basketball.

He always played with a fire that would propel his team over opponents. Garnett was an absolute force on both ends of the floor.

Most people remember him for his years with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He won an MVP and was one of the most dominant players in the league.

In addition to this, his role on the 2008 championship Celtics is severely underrated. He was the heart and soul of that team and anchored the defense.

Bam Adebayo could learn some very important lessons from a player like Garnett. If he could play with even half of the intensity that Garnett played with, he would be one of the scariest players in the NBA today.

On top of that, Garnett had a super solid mid-range jump shot. Studying that shot and how Garnett was able to score so consistently with it could help Adebayo develop a shot of his own.

Most fans remember Garnett’s legendary trash talk, too. While stuff like that may not fly as much in today’s NBA, learning to talk trash a little bit could help Adebayo get in the head of his opponents.

Garnett was one of the best big men of all time on both ends of the floor. Adebayo could really learn a lot from him.
